Having recently completed my Master in Interactive Design & Game Development at SCAD, I am continuing my studies in computer graphics & programming as a CG Generalist. My expertise is in procedural modelling & pipeline optimization, but I have expanded beyond to apply procedural strategies into rigging, animation, FX, real-time applications & machine learning. I adapt quickly & truly enjoy learning new things every day. I look forward to an opportunity to work with a team as motivated as I am.

I have always wanted to make games and enjoyed making levels in The Elder Scrolls Toolkit, Far Cry and Times Splitters but it wasn't until at the age of 15 where I discovered 3DS Max and realised that it's as enjoyable as I thought it would be to make assets for games.

Each time I passed by The One Academy Penang, I would jokingly say, "This, this is where I am going.". I never thought it to be true though. I'm a science student, but at home I was always drawing, playing games, getting inspired, having a love for short films and being amazed by artists and their creativity. I found myself having an eye for design, I developed my skills online initially but after high school I knew I wanted pursue a creative path.

I started realising that I wanted to work in the industry when I was 9 years old , the interest came from Youtubers that are making montages video of them playing my used to be favourite game during that time. It grew in me, that I finally bought a DSLR and started making more content from the outside world. Editing and designing things are my favourite part when it comes to creativity!

I drew a lot since I was young; drawing in books, painting in my room which definitely influenced my choices in my future career. I always knew I wanted to become an artist or at least work in the creative industry.

Since I was 6 years old, I started active participant in different kinds of world painting competitions. Recently, I also actively participated in various exhibitions. When I grow up, I realise that I had experience with art and I enjoyed design, so "Why not I can mix the art to the design". So I choose digital media design as my major. If people can do something that she love and at the same time can earn money, why not try it?

When I was 18, I saw the one academy promote their work. And the visuals and work attract me. After I study I realize creative media not just looking at the visual. It involves content, message and other to help people solve the problem.

Creating 3d motion gave the impression and ideology to acknowledge what I want to do and achieve in the creative industry.

After graduating from secondary school, I'm interested in the creative industry. I feel the design is very spontaneous as we can explore different kinds of art styles from different people, countries, cultures, etc... There are no limitations or boundaries exist in the creative industry. We are free to think big and creatively in order to bring surprises to the industry and the community.

When I was in high school and I was needed to select my elective courses , creative media was a career path that I was very fond of since young and I decided from then on to pursue it! Drawing was a great hobby and it slowly become something friends come to me for and through the joy of it, I knew for a fact this career path will make me happy while working.

Since I was a little girl, I have been immersed in the world of video games. My father and my older brothers played a lot and made me discover games like Ocarina of Time or Super Mario 64. When I arrived in my final year of high school, I still didn't really know what I would like to do, except that I would like to work in the artistic field. Then I discovered that there were schools to work in video games. I immediately understood that this was what I wanted to do.

In my late teens, it became real to me that I could also be able to create the imaginative worlds I kept being sucked into. This passion became a hard-working and meaningful pursuit where I could experience wonder in my everyday life and stylize it in a way where I could help others with its whimsy.

I always knew I wanted to be a part of the arts world. I started in the performing arts until about 6 years ago when I began to shift my focus on the visual arts. Now, two degrees later, having just earned my Bachelors, I love combining fine arts with the digital world and creating experiences for the audience. I'm excited to get out into the industry and create.
