I discovered I had a knack for drawing back in elementary school, and since then I knew I wanted to develop and expand my skills and make a fulfilling career out of it. I recently fell in love with modeling and texturing in my first year of college as a Game Artist, and I cannot wait to expand my skills in the future and enter an industry full of exceptionally skilled peers.

When I spent hours and hours on my first online game Maplestory! I didn't realize at that time, but that experience led me into exploring worlds of different game and animation. I never got sick out of exploring game and animation, and these experiences made me wanting to participate in creating on of them as my career.

I grew up with Movies and games. They were always my biggest motivation and inspiration. To be part of entertainment industry, I studied fine art to develop my sense of traditional art and after many years of study, I really wanted to use this art skills in 3D World so that I can widen the artistic boundary and be more creative. The combination of art and technology stole my heart. And until now, I really love creating 3D art works and dream to work in this industry.

When I first saw such a fantastic and realistic Cinematic Trailer made for a specific game, my whole soul was utterly addicted to it. I'm in love with this way of translating the dream into reality.

I never really thought I would end up pursuing a career in game art but it kind of just fell into place. I discovered 3D art when I was 16 and immediately fell in love with creating models, renders, and animations. I didn't even know how to draw and never considered myself an artist but 3D just clicked for me. It was the perfect blend of technical and creative and it was just so gratifying. Since then I've focused my energy on game development driving my skills towards a professional career.

Since the start of college, I knew I wanted to work in entertainment. At the time, I did not know which discipline I wanted to pursue, and explored areas ranging from computer graphics programming to traditional 2D animation. I have now landed on my career goal to work in the industry as a 3D Modeler, because it is a blend of my artistic and technical passions.

I knew the moment I played the original Zelda on the NES when I was 5. Exploring the unknown, overcoming fear and using your imagination along the way is a wonderful facsimile to the journey of an artist.

Visual effects in movies and games have always inspired me. I've made it my mission to create the best CG artwork I can.

The earliest memories I have are of me hunched over a piece of paper drilling dragons and dinosaurs over every blank inch of white space. Art never registered as a professional path for me until my early twenties. My pursuit of academics was void of passion, and amid what felt like a midlife crisis a friend of mine introduced me to the entertainment industry. It was like I found the missing piece to my puzzle, and when I had my first taste of 3D modeling I knew this was what I was meant to do.

I realized that I want to work in the entertainment industry through games and animated movies. I grew up watching Disney and Pixar movies, and I was drawn to the characters' appealing designs. I also enjoy playing RPG games, especially fantasy-themed ones like Skyrim, The Witcher games, and Divinity. I love the variety of outfits in these games, and I hope to create more that will make role-playing more immersive. These two reasons are why I became a character modeler.

I pride myself on being self taught in what i love to do. I have around 5 year of experience in 3D modeling and digital sculpting. I am proficient in building and maintaining 3D printers, and I am well versed in the use of Zbrush, Blender, Substance, and Photoshop. I also have award winning hands-on traditional artistic skills in drawing, painting and sculpting. I used to run a relatively successful custom candy dispenser business up until the Lawyers at PEZ shut me down. I am very much interest

After studying Mechanical Engineering and working in the automotive industry for a few years, I felt a yearning to finally make my hobby a career. I recently discovered Game Art as being a perfect blend of both my technical background and illustrative skills. I'm currently studying at Think Tank Training Center on the Environment Art path.

I've wanted to work in the industry ever since watching the special features DVD of Star Wars and realizing "People made this"

I always knew I wanted to be an artist. When I was kid, that meant drawing for a living. In high school, that meant being a 2D concept artist, illustrator, or animator. I didn't really know about the other diverse options I could take in the entertainment industry until my second year in college, when I learned about Gnomon. That's when the world of the CG industry opened up to me.

I knew I was an artist since the day my father first booted up Studio Artist for me when I was four. I sat there playing for hours, and that passion has persisted throughout my life for as long as I can remember. However, my interest in the entertainment industry was sparked by my other passions for film and video games. Realizing there was an industry that encompassed so many of my passions, I eventually enrolled at Gnomon, where I am currently studying to pursue the things I love!

I realized I wanted to work in digital media at the end of a Biotech research internship. My P.I. sat down with me and said that he wasn’t sure if he chose the right career. He gave me guidance that if I continued to learn Biotech, to do it because I really loved it. But I wasn’t sure because I felt untapped. I took some time to figure out what I wanted and it led me to my roots in art. Ever since, I can’t get enough of the infinite sandbox in the digital space. I feel it’s what I’m meant to do.

I realized I wanted to be in the Entertainment Industry while I was attending Cal Poly Pomona for Computer Science and Graphic Design. I was apprehensive for awhile about my career choices right out of school. I discovered Gnomon while attending one of my college courses and took a couple online classes and it ignited a passion for trying to create the most cinematic visuals possible. It made me think I can be part of an industry that would make me want to work rather than work for what I want.

I have work in film for awhile and early last year I started to play around on ZBrush and found it enticing, so I kept learning it and play around with it.

For my entire life, I have been a prolific and enthusiastic artist. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve combined my artistic skill with my love of technology and found what I hope to be my life’s work: game art and design. I am very social and enjoy collaborating with others. I take direction well and, if given the opportunity, love to lead. As a result, I’ve learned to actively listen, focus on my role in a project, remain sensitive to others’ responsibilities and complete projects on time and beyond ex

When I was young, I used to make small status of the characters from my imagination with clays or paper boxes. To be honest, I didn't have any interest in studying and getting good grades. The only thing that I was interested in was making characters from games or animations with any material that I could use near me. I loved to create things and still I feel the same. The reason why I want to be part of creative industry is I want to dedicate my life for what I love to do.

Since I was a kid I had a passion for art, started drawing dinosaurs and characters that I loved when I was playing video games. When I finished high school, I was uncertain about the path that I should follow mainly because I thought it was too hard to get a job in the film industry. So in 2016, I started to see some awesome art in social media, specifically 3d art and I quit from drawing and started making 3d projects on my own.

I've loved video games like most people for a long time. I've always been fascinated with how the environments were created and would spend a lot of time staring at certain props or pieces to see how they were modeled or textured. Over time this led into taking 3D modeling classes and learning more about the development and creation behind video games.

I've been an traditional artist my whole life. After being exposed to CG in the world of architectural visualization , I realized that I can push my art to another level and make a career out of it in the entertainment industry.
