i realised that i want to work in creative industries when i saw for the first time Overwatch's cinematics, and that day i realised that i would like to work like 3d Artist.

Monotonous studies and jobs made me bored, so I have always been looking for entertaining occupations. I understood that I wanted to work in the creative industries when I realized that I could face new stimulating challenges every day.

When I was young I always wanted to know how movie creatures were made, I decided to study that

My journey began during my undergraduate studies in design at the Polytechnic University of Turin. It was while taking a course in 3D visualization for products that I discovered how much more there could be beyond just the modeling I knew up to that point.

I started by the little age with 2D drawing and technical design studies, my first work experience was workin in the development of fashion displays as a 3D artist, it was in that moment I realized the power of creating 3D stuff. After attending the Skyup Academy CG Masterclass, to improve my abilities and decide which path to pursue, I've been choosen to join their team as a teaching assistant. Currently putting all of myself trying to master 3D modeling.

My creative journey began during my time at the University of Interior Design in Milan. It was there that I first realized my passion for the creative industries. It all started when I enrolled in a course that introduced me to 3D software for architectural projects. This transformative experience ignited my love for design and technology, setting me on a path to pursue a career in the creative world.

since i was a teenager, always loved to be creative.

I discovered that I wanted to do this job when I started playing a lot of video games and observing every little detail of them, like films. I attended the ninth three-year Master's degree in Side Academy specializing in Game Art and Environment

From an early age I enjoyed drawing game levels of my favorite games. Growing up I went into film and television as a set designer but something was missing. A few years ago I changed sector to devote myself to concept art and finally be where I wanted to be, designing infinite worlds where the only limit is one's imagination.

The first time EVER was when I was like 5 or 6. I watch and rewatch Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron like thousands of time thinking: "I know that this isn't real, but It's AMAZING! How can people create this?". Than How to Train Your Dragon comes when I was 10. From that precise moment all my life was addressed to 3d Animation. At the end with the arrive of Horizon Zero Dawn I've decide that I wanted to create worlds and animals and anything sensational for the rest of my LIFE. Thanks.

I first realized I wanted to work in the creative industry when I was in high school. I was working on a project to make a game together, which exposed me to a career as a 3D artist, which sparked my interest in the creative industry.

my name is Christian Mallus, and I'm a student of BigRock, I wanted to take the path of 3d artist through the CG course of BigRock.

Everything began when I started creating little paper dragons and making stories about them! I always enjoyed working on this kind of projects since I was little and imagining to work on an animation movie, creating characters and collaborating with a talented team, inspired me to took this path as a personal career!

I realized that I loved this work since I was a child. I studied graphic/product design and now I want to major in 3D creature, texture and grooming. I hope to work with companies by following my passion.

When I started learning 3D modeling for industrial design, I realised I wanted to improve and learn new things about the vfx industry in genreal

After leaving high school in 2022, having attended Big Rock I realized that this was the path I wanted to follow.

Ever since I was a child, I have always enjoyed creating graphic products by experimenting as much as possible. I was able to range over different fields, which gave me a broad vision and a better ability to find solutions when needed. The visual has always attracted me so much that I was completely captivated and decided to delve into it to make it as much as possible what I liked to do.

I've studied for 5 years at Artistic Secondary School. I've the passion of drawing, also digitally and do graphics but I also love Computer Science. So I decided to merge Artistic point of view with Computer Science, definetly. Now, after the graduation in CG at BigRock School in Italy in August 2022, I have definitely decided my way! Love this! Currently I'm working as 3D modeler freelance!

On my way to becoming a 3D Character Artist

Working as a videomaker for companies and for cinema I realized that entertainment is the best way to send a message to the public. Seeing the communicative potential in this industry, I decided to start approaching 3D graphics in order to expand the visual possibilities with which to convey the message.

I realized that in my childhood when I used to play with videogames and I loved them.

Since I discovered the 3D world, creating something impressive from almost nothing, which can impress other people and be used in collaboration with other people's work, is something that makes me happy and astonished.

I am an avid cinephile and gamer, with a strong passion for environments. This passion led me to study set design and eventually pursue a master's degree in CG at Skyup Academy, specializing in digital environments for VFX and video games. Currently, I work with software such as ZBrush, Substance Painter, Maya, and Unreal Engine 5.1. I am dedicated to continuously expanding my skills by learning new programs to create innovative and superior environments.
