Winners
On behalf of the sponsors and judges, The Rookies would like to congratulate the following category winners.

Runner Up

1919 Bedside Cupboard
A close up scene of a bedside cupboard of the early 1900. I'm going to add props that follow the mood of the period and the mood of the series.
All of the props are going to be game assets.

The Canals - 3D Environment
For my entry I will be visualising Connor Sheehan's concept "Canal Deal" in 3D. I plan to add my own little touches, but I plan to recreate the concept fairly accurately.
Honorable Mentions
The following winners made a lasting impression on the judging panel and secured highly sought after badges.

Andrew McDonald
Totally impressed with all the entries. Everyone nailed the brief and really pushed themselves to create something from this grungy era. Congrats to everyone who entered the contest and hit the hard deadline. Definitely some great content for everyones portfolios.
Category Brief
It is not essential to have watched Peaky Blinders to enter this contest. This will not give you an advantage of other contestants.
Peaky Blinders were an urban street gang based in Birmingham, England, that operated from the end of the 19th century and after the First World War.
For this brief, we want you to create a rendering that best represents this era, the people, the lifestyle and the economic deprivation. We want you to create something from Birmingham 1919. It could be a gang member, a horse drawn cart, a dirty alleyway, a weapon, or even clothing from the era.
Requirements & Deliveries
Entrants need to share their progress. We don’t want you to just upload a finished rendering. We want you to create an entry page that shares your work from concept and idea, all the way through to your finished render. This not only allows members to follow along, but it helps the judges truly understand how you work.
For your final update, entrants must submit a Final 3D Rendering of their finished artwork. This must be 1920px on the longest edge. Any aspect ratio is allowed.
How to enter
Use the button below to create an entry. Use this entry page to share updates as you create your masterpiece. Your last update will be considered as your final submission.
