My journey began around 5 years ago, when I was still in school and didn't have a clue what to do afterwards. Through pure luck, I discovered that there was a possibility to attend to game-related studies in Germany and I began to dive deeper into that area. As I downloaded the Cryengine, I was pretty surprised as I realised that all these cool Crysis assets were not included and that I had to make them myself. From that point on, my voyage as a 3D artist began.

Back in 2016 when I started studying at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, I was determined to find my place in the games industry because I love video games. After countless projects in which I tried every game development role at least once, I realized that my true passion lies in 3D modeling. Today in 2023 I am sure that I want to work as a hard surface artist and do everything to make this dream come true.

I really like video games and in the last 2 years of school I recognized that game development I my opportunity to use my creative skills and make money with it.

Back in one of my last years of high school I was working on a Blender project for eight hours or so with minimal breaks and realized that I just didn't feel like stopping, so I came to the conclusion that a job in 3D would really be something, that I would enjoy.

I always enjoyed drawing as a hobby since I was a kid. However, the first contact with 3D modeling during my graphics design job-training made me realize that the entertainment industry is a viable career option. Now I want to combine my passion for art and games and set foot into the games industry!

I always planned on studying in a creative and artistic field, so I started to study UX-Design at a german university.

My love for animated movies has led me to the great passion of my life. Since then I have pursued my dream of creating characters and worlds for great films to share my ideas, skills and enthusiasm with others. I am very interested in all aspects of the CGI pipeline where I found my strengths in texturing and look development.

I have been drawing and painting for all my life, although considering this as a career was long not an option. After school however I decided to give it a go and every day I'm glad I did.

Growing up, I was always mindblown by films like LOTR. Back then, my 13 year old brain could not comprehend how Orcs and Trolls looked just as real as the actor next to them. I think this is when my fascination with VFX started. After graduating high school I circled back to this interest and when I realized that is was an actual career path, I decided to go for it.

I realised that I want to work in the creative industry a very long time ago because I started drawing from a very young age. Later in about 2018 I focused my efforts to get into a school by learning 3D animation on my own. I managed to pass the examination. I was very open to find a career path in either animation or game development. At first I was most interested in 3D character art but during the course noticed my passion for shader/ material creation as well as 3D Environment Art.

Very early. The fire was reignited watching movies like Avatar, however, now from the technical point of view. I was always very drawn to art and animation when I was young, but I kept it as a private hobby to keep the safe space that it offered. Now, I want to start my journey on the technical side and want to support artists to give their work even more impact.

When I first saw Tim Burton's "Alice in the Wonderland".

Around 2017 just before starting my studies at h_da. I originally wanted to study Motion Pictures, but in the end ended up at Animation and Game.

When I was younger I was always interested in animations and games . I loved to design my own characters and when I realized, I could translate them into 3D and let them move around in a world developed by many other passionate collaborators, I was hooked to enter the games industry.

In every state of my life, visual media has had a major impact on my personality and self growth! I specifically and initially found my interest in animation when I was a child and young teenager. But only after I circulated around concept art and digital painting for a while, I finally decided to come back to my roots and consume everything about the wonderous world of 3D art! I want to inspire people, the same way that I was! So... world? Here I come. :)

When I was studying in a fine art university I was fascinated by digital painting and CGI. Then I leaned by myself and practiced but it didn't work so well. I needed professional mentors to go deeper in this kind of work. Finally, I found a 3D animation school and my CGI path started from then.

I knew I wanted to do something creative as a job from age... 12? 13? But I didn’t quite realise that working in the entertainment industry was an actual career choice I could make until I applied for several universities to study illustration and similar studies. So I ended up creating many prjects at my university and realises I’d never want to do anything else :)

After High school, I noticed that making games was actually a valid career. I immersed myself in every aspect of making games and finally settled on 3D Environments because I love creating worlds where people can dive in to relax and forget about their obligations for a while.
