I am the leader of a three person team, and responsible for Technical Art, including lighting, shading, art directing and procedural creation.
In terms of art, I designed the scene space and layout the scene. I gave each scene a different color scheme and decoration style to reflect their symbolic meaning. In terms of technology, I wrote shaders with Shader Graph for interaction and animation, created procedural materials in Substance Designer, and also optimized LOD and batching. In addition, I provide the prop designer and the programmer with working pipeline suitable for unity HDRP.
Programmer Luo is responsible for the code part including level triggering, interaction and playtesting. Prop designer Yang is responsible for the creation of all props and objects in the scene.
For our team, the script and plot design comes from everyone's efforts。
After optimization, the game can run 50f per second on a high end PC.
