Hi~ Everyone !

This is my entry for this year's Rookie Awards ! I'll show you my best work from this year at Brassart as well as some personal projects. I am very pleased to be able to show my work here and I hope you will like it !

BLAZE - Valorant Character Design Fanart

Let's start with a personal project ! I tried myself at designing a Valorant Agent. 

A former secret service agent, Sveta Lebedev is the unexpected owner of an ancient and powerful artifact with the power to control and summon sunlight out of nothing. 

This project helped me practice an art direction that I am not familiar with, as well as preparing everything needed for an eventual 3D model.

ER COR ELMENDA - Faeliel Character Design / Sculpt / Texture

Next up is my contribution to this year's most important school project. Our goal is to create a 2 minute short movie in groups of 5, based on the universe of a book or author, in the span of 2 months.

Here we chose the universe of J.R.R.Tolkien. 

During this project, I was responsible for : the character design, character sculpt and texture, environnent concept art, and some environment art including vegetation.

Here is a ZBrush render of the parts of the chraracter I sculpted. Then you can check renders of the character with the textures I worked on. You can also see an example of how the textures look individually with the 4 maps used for the head as well as the Marmoset scene.

MARHSALL LOCKRIDGE - Character Design 

Here is a character design I did for school. 

Lord Marshall Lockridge is a dashing Victorian aristocrat in high society. His design heavily features games and gambling, with intricate patterns of playing cards and dice adorning his clothing. He's a skilled gambler with a sharp mind and shrewd business sense. He's frequently involved in crimes and conspicuous affairs but always manages to come out clean, leaving a sense of mystery surrounding his true intentions and allegiances. Whether hero or villain, he's a force to be reckoned with in the world of Victorian London.

This is a school project were the goal was to design and model characters in groups of 3 with a hero, an ally and a villain. I got to work on the villain. In this post I detail the character design step with the concepts. I will soon make another one with the 3d model and a few renders.

Finally, let's see a character design I did for Saechimiya on Instagram. You can see the two final outfits as well as the first sketches. She had something very precise in mind with a lot of references for me !
