The Rookies 2023 - Mario González Alfaya Entry

Hi! This is Kird - Nash, the Orc King. I did this model as my degree´s main character work, but I used all the experience to explore and create other personal artworks which I will also show at the end of the post.

I hope you like all my works!

The face was done via manually sculpting, but for the texture work I wanted a very real look so I used scanned materials for the face to improve the impact of the portrait.

After detailing and working on the high,  I did the retopology and arranged the UVs to create a good model base for videogames. The focus was to lose as less detail as possible with the bakes.
