Round of applause for our sponsors

I have always been interested in art, I dabbled with 2D in my younger days and as I got older I started to get more and more interest in CG after watching movies, etc. And started pursuing it during high school in order to one day create something for others to enjoy, and been doing it since then.

When I was around 10 years old I got the chance to speak to one of my mothers old classmates who was working on Battlefield 2 at the time. I was already hooked on video games at that age, and he sat down with my mother and I and talked about the possibilities of actually pursuing a career as a game developer. Meeting him really inspired me to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Fast forward 13 years and here I am, studying my last year at a film and games university.

I played Minecraft and became really good at placing those blocks over the years. I got to try Zbrush and Maya which were super fun to work in. So when it was time to apply for university I realized that I wanted a career in creative media.

Since I was a kid of the age of 13 and watching early morning cartoons on german TV while also playing with LEGO and drawing my own comic books for family members, I knew I wanted to be part of the creative process of the industry.

When I first touched a 3d-software 2 years ago (Love at first sight)

Since I was little I had the urge of creating any kind of art form and making my ideas a realisation. Over the years I have more and more focused and found my self in film and video production as a DOP.

Creative concepts, whether in 2D or 3D and visual stunning images has always been a passion of mine. It was not until recently before I applied at LTU that I realised that I finally had the courage to pursue this passion of mine in full time. Things I am interested in are 2D/3D art, concepts, realism and reading books, mangas, novels, etc..

at a convention while I was searching for what path I wanted to take in life. Then I found people talking about creating worlds in 3D and I got stuck. I have allways loved both movies and games, so it it just felt perfect for me.

I have always been fascinated with storytelling and worldbuilding in movies and games. After studying art history at university, I knew I wanted to work in the entertainment industry.

I have always got a thing for films. I starten the intresse in the gymnasium. Study 3D Graphic and now studying at University.

I've always wanted to work with something creative. But it was the last year I realized that I would actually have the opportunity to actually fulfill that dream.

Around 2012 I stumbled upon a YouTube video showing off a beautiful snowy mountain range, with cinematic cuts and effects. It peaked my interest. Fast forward 4 years when it came time to go to junior high-school I had the option of spending 3 years learning about 3d graphics and modelling, I saw it as a great opportunity to delve deeper into how people made the things I found so fascinating. Present day, I'm studying Digital Design at a university in Sweden and I'm hooked on learning more.

Since I was about 14 years old and I have always strived to work with video games ever since.
