Round of applause for our sponsors

I have always been interested in character creation and started playing video games at a very young age. Over time the association of the two as a future profession seemed obvious to me.

I have generally always been interested in visual art, and eventually that grew into a realization that i wanted to do this professionally.

Back then when I was a kiddo, it clicked that my love for fantasy and my natural urge to draw could be merged into something that could grow into a career. Years later, after many twists and turns in my path, I decided to get into character art.

I am a trained performing artist in an Indian Classical dance . I have been dancing since my childhood and during my performing arts journey I realized how much I loved the art of story telling. Then after I started exploring visual arts and never looked back.

During the pandemic i have re-discovered my passion for drawing (and animation), and from this moment i decided to set the bar higher for me by drawing every single day and make progress in order to enter the art school of my dreams. I'm now an art student at Rubika Supinfocom (Valenciennes, France), and i definitely want to work in the industry of animation later. :)

When I was a little girl, I used to watch disney movies during my free time and I really liked it ( like A LOT ! ). And, when I was a teenager I searched for school and I found Supinfocom so I told my parents " I want to do animation !!

As a kid, I have always been fond of cartoon series on television. About 10 years back when I had finished my school, I had a goal to join the industry where I could make those similar cartoons instead of just watching them. Well, I spent another 6 years finishing my graduation in Computer Science to finally convince my parents to enter this career field.

When I was in my high school, I was watching the animation movies that came out in the theaters, like that's the time when alot of animation movies came up and I was amazed by the spectacular work that they delivered and I also wanted to be a part of that kind of work one day and thats where it all started.

When I was in my 9th standard, I was suddenly facing a very turbulent and hard year that's when I started getting into art to sort escape myself in the depth of colors. Eventually, I started watching Disney movies but when I saw Inside Out in 2017, something in me just snapped and all I wanted to do was be a part of something so beautiful and meaningful in life hence decided to pursue my passion and love for movies and art.

I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, so I've always been interested in the artistic world, but I was also very attracted to aviation and it was at secondary school that I chose to go into 3D cinema animation.

Actually I fell in love with the creative pretty much while discovering the 3D world in 2018 while starting at Rubika's school. We started to be curious with a bunch of friends to everything that was 3D related because all that world was so new and amazing for us, and we self-taught a lot ourselves with this group of close friends by just binge-eating every kind of knowledge that we could grab, until now. Those long sleepless nights founded our love for this industry, and our desire to learn.

I think as long as I can remember I wanted to do something creative. I draw a lot since I was a little kid, but the true revelation was when I watched Miyazaki's movies (I know it's cliché but it is the truth), I just wanted to create worlds and universes as rich as his.

I was always fascinated about this career line since childhood when I used to watch animated movies and cartoons.

I realized that I wanted to work in this industry while I was a child. My first hobbies were drawing, watching movies and playing video games. The real point that make me took this decision was when I discovered "Lord of the Rings". Still, all inside this magic trilogy make me travel far away. Letting anxiety, troubles and all this kind of thing behind me. Since this day I knew that I wanted to make people forget their problems trough magical movies, wonderfull universes and beautiful story.

I realized I wanted to work in the creative media almost 10 years ago, when I started to ask myself about "what after school?". I have always loved cinema, vfx and animation. Meeting people working in the industry made me realize it was a possibility. So I started to learn and try to fit in the Supinfocom school where I started to study five years later.

It was in the back of my head for a pretty long time but I really realized it when I was in university, I was doing something completely different and I wasn't happy... I knew I needed to chase my dream and stop letting myself be on a path that I didn't choose or enjoyed, I looked for schools in my country, applied and started my journey at Rubika Supinfogame!

I was 10 years old and I was just animating with drawings and stop-motion at the time.

My fascination for Arts began at a very young age; when I started watching cartoons and animated films. All through my childhood, I continued drawing-beginning with stick figures and doodles. I spent more time on a drawing than on academics as I was crazy about the characters I watched in cartoons. I honed my creative talent all through school with the help of my teachers at school and in art classes.

Since I started playing videogames I've always been curious as to how art was made for them. I knew I wanted to work in the creative media and entertainment industry when I realized the creative possibilities it would allow me

I spent my childhood and teenage years creating characters, making small videos for my family or shorts using video game graphics. Creating stuff was so much fun and when it came to choose a professionnal path, i knew that it would be artistic. Going to a 3D school was the best choice that i made.

I've always been drawn to the creative industry. I used to doodle on scraps of paper when I was little, and then the idea took hold when I stumbled upon student short films that were posted in the early days of YouTube.
