Funny fact, I always loved the creativity world, but when I graduated from high school, I wanted to be a musician, my fathers hated that idea and the only thing I liked was to draw, I enter to study a producction carreer, and when I learned about 3D, I hated, I justed want to leave that asignatures... After a lot of self learning I loved the idea to create in 3d. Share ideas with art is something beautiful, now I'm trying to make my own music compositions and 3d arts.

I've always played videogames and I was intrigued about how they make them. Videogames triggered in me this idea of working in the creative media. Also I've always admired Sideshow Collectibles and I love the sculptures. When I was 20 I decided that I wanted to work in the industry creating characters after seeing the shortfilm "Feast", it is awesome how you can share such a cool message within images and short stories with appealing characters.

So it actually is a funny story, I wanted to join the army, but my father enrolled me in college for a BFA in Digital Animation. I have drawn creatures and characters since I could hold a pencil, I personally never thought of following art as a career path. After going through the first semesters of college I realized that I loved the process of modeling in 3D. That, combined with my love for videogames lead to me choosing my path towards the game industry.

I always loved movies and videogames but I didn't have idea how they were made. It all started when I learn about animation and concept art. Soon I realize how big the art world was and I knew I wanted to be part of it.

I grew up watching the old cartoons from golden era animation studios, visiting museums and asking to me "What the heck the artists did that ?" After that I started learning traditional art stuff like everyone but now my true passion is with the 3D Animation and its own life study for enhance it. (:

When I was a child, I always wanted to work in visual arts. But now I'm architect, so I found a way to connect my first passion with the architecture through the ArchViz

Since I was a kid, I had a huge passion for drawing, movies, cartoon series and videogames. My passion grew, as the time passed and when the time came, I decided to study Animation at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Since then, I have been developing my skills, as the only thing that I have learned for sure is that you never stop learning!

I love the world of animation, for me it is exciting to understand how stories are built through places, characters, textures, shapes and colors. For me it was great when I realized that I could be part of those extraordinary knowing that I can create characters and give them history and life through textures. What attracts me the most about 3D is that even the craziest idea can be realized, creativity has no limits!

I been working for the animation busisness around 8 years. When I finish my studies in Graphic Design I had a big opportunity to get involved in an animated short film, that introduce me in the animation world.

I´m a Autocad user since late 1987, developed a full career with big companies in the Engineering & Architecture world for almost 25 years, my area of expertise was CG applied to Technical presentations, produced many multimedia material with external companies. Self instructed, always keeping myself updated with state of the art software and hardware, now with some time to spare at home I would like to continue working as freelancer.

My first inspiration was Disney's Lion King movie. I loved to watch them over and over again. Then I studied Animation in University, but when I learned how to do amazing things with programs like Zbursh or Maya I chose a different path. Now I want to be a 3D Character Artist

Since I was a teenager and I made my first claymation short film for a school project.

Many years ago I realized how fantastic the CG world is, I really love the CG world in all its magnitude.

I've always had a passion for 3D. Once, while talking to a friend, I decided to make 3D my hobby. Little did I know it would become more than that.

I’m Mateo Solorzano from Baños Ecuador, i love to watch movies and pursuing VFX has open my mind in what exactly i want to contribute in the process, im looking for a job in compositing and or lighting to support stories and commercials.

Since I was little I enjoyed every form of art. My dreamed profession was to be a painter, an artist, I would say I am one, just not in the traditional way that I once had pictured. So, with that background in mind, imagine the joy when I discovered I could study and later on be able to work in the studios that created the films and stories that inspired and shaped my childhood. I would say, since then I realised I would love to work in the creative media and entertainment industry.

I realized that I wanted to work in the industry when I was in high school. Liked a lot of video games from the N64 era. Some of them were Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Banjo Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Donkey Kong 64, GoldenEye, Perfect Dark. This games were a big influence in deciding that I wanted to work in the game industry.
