Desert Traveler - Raja

Hope everyone is doing good! This is Raja my Real-time character model that I have been working on for my final project for the Intermediate Term in Think Tank Online. 

Sculpting and modeling was done in ZBrush and Maya. Although the clothes were done and simulated in Marvelous Designer. 

All the texturing was done in Substance Painter and in Substance Designer. The skin was done using a Vface from TexturingXYZ wrapped in Zwrap. 

All of the hair was done with haircards made in Fibershop. And Finally the lookdev and rendering was done in Marmoset 4.

This was an interesting endevour, from the moment I saw the concept I knew I had to do the entire thing; Raja, the owl, and the gun. Doing just one or two would have not met the bar I set for myself.

I feel like the entire character comes together beautifully. I specially like the hair, despite my inexperience with haircards, I think I managed a pretty decent result.
