Since I was a child i always dreamed about making video games! Thanks for checking out my stuff :] Portfolio: https://m_s_m.artstation.com/

In 2007, Halo 3 launched and became one of the most memorable gaming experiences of my life. I loved the game so much I told myself, one day I'm going to make a Halo game. Unfortunately, I ended up going to business school instead with the plan to take over the family company. 3 years into the program I made the life decision to transfer programs in an effort to instead follow my dreams of being creative. I instead got a BFA in Game Design & Development and became an environment artist!

Like most game developers, I have loved video games since I was very little. My passion began when my little brother and I bonded over long summer days of Pokemon in our backyard and late school nights sneaking down to the family computer to play Wizard101. As we grew older and grew our differences, we always remained close through the games we would play together. I realized in high school while playing together with him that I want to be a part of creating these experiences for others.

I like I Love Motion Design, GIFs, and travel. As a human, we need to experience the world. Motion Design makes me think, observe, and explore the world. Last year I decided to study aboard, and it is the time that I would like to explore more possibilities for Motion Design.

Growing up with my favorite movies in fantasy in sci-fi, the realization of wanting to work in the creative industry has always been around since a young age.

In a way I always knew that I wanted to do something slightly different in my career path ever since I was little. It was not until I was in middle school that I knew I wanted to go into the creative industry. I begun exploring different fields in the industry until I came across visual effects. It was then on that I begun my journey to make a living in this challenging but rewarding field.

I'm originally an Illustrator, and I was never bored when I was drawing! In college I realized that Visual Effects is the perfect medium between Art and Technology, which has always fascinated me. Learning as a lifelong pursuit is admirable in my opinion, and there is always new things to learn in this field!

VFX artist adept in modeling, look dev, lighting, and compositing, blending these elements to craft captivating visual effects. With a dedicated focus on quality and precision, they bring creative visions to life on the screen.

Started with traditional FX; I make 3D art currently.

Ever since I was little, I had an interest in the arts. I would create "movies" with my friends and had a passion for learning visual effects (though I didn't learn the term until much later). In high school, I took up graphic design and theater, further diving into creative outlets. I found I had a bit of talent within the realm of computer arts, and pursuing this craft further has led me to the present!

I was always drawn to arts and have started exploring different mediums ever since I was 6.

Ever since I first got my hands on a computer I was fascinated by learning computer graphics

When my surreal animations and self-portraits began to gain traction on social media.

Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities and leading teams to achieve high-quality shot production.

I first realized that I wanted to work in the creative industry when I was old enough to notice how much of an impact motion pictures have on people's lives.

My name is Kate Gordon, I am a visual effects artist focusing on Digital Matte Painting. My passion for art and painting has evolved into a deep appreciation for creating immersive environments in visual effects. I work mainly in Photoshop, Nuke, Maya, and After Effects.

Growing up, I loved watching films with my family. I would go to the movie theater every weekend and sometimes just watch movies or shows at home. The content I watched deeply influenced me growing up, with lessons that enhanced the values I follow today as a human being. While watching films, particularly Frozen, I realized I wanted to be part of the creative industry. My passion lies in creating stories that would impact the world the same way the movies I watched growing up impacted me.

I started 3D modeling while working on a modification for games that I played. It's a great experience to transform a design or real-world object into a model in the 3D space, and see it come to life in the projects that you're working on.

As long as I can remember, but I wanted to do animation starting in 4th grade, then switched to VFX in college.

My first taste of the field was a 3D modelling class, where I instantly fell in love. Hard-surface modelling is the perfect bridge between my eye for design and my more analytical/functional side. I enjoy the process of figuring out how things work, problem solving, and creating a functional model.

I realized I wanted to work in the creative industry when I was in middle school. I had just picked up Photoshop for the first time and quickly became obsessed with learning everything I could about the software.

I first realized that I wanted to work in a creative field when I was seven years old and watched Avatar: The Last Airbender for the first time. I was mesmerized by the funny characters, amazing visuals, and compelling stories and wanted to be a part of something like that in my own way.

I ended up in the wrong place, sitting in a class of 200 people aspiring to be engineers, while I was doodling my math teacher. When caught by the professor, my capabilities were revealed to me, and since that day, I realized I am a problem solver meant for a creative field.
