Last Mill is my final year project !
For an hypothetic narrative video game, I created various concepts, mostly for environments, but also for characters or props. Here you will see a selection of the best concepts I made, with the process and some explanations. I hope you'll like it !

'En Roue Libre' is a graduation 3D short film created at Bellecour Ecole.
The animation is a wacky comedy where two characters, Marley and Sylvio, compete in a bicycle race to win the first place.

It was a pleasure to work on this project as a Lead Concept art, the team was awesome and I'm so proud of the movie !

Please go see the film entry !

In this project, I was Lead Concept Art, and i worked on the forest design.
I created visuals for a precise list of organic props, such as pines, stones or bushes. Here is a selection of them.

I also did lines for the forest entrance and interior and the cliff, reusing the props I designed previously.
You can swipe to see how it turned out in 3D in the short film !

'Notre Histoire commence ici' (EN 'Our Story begins here') is a project in collaboration with the landscape student Romain Horny.
He asked me to design four interpretations of a same place in different ages, from -300M to -30M. The visuals had to be the more realistic possible since it was integrated as matte paintings in a student documentary about the History of the Alsace region in France.

This is a project for a 2D animated series.
In the world of Beasts Racers, humans move with vehicles drawn by huge animals. Some are kind and take care of the beasts, but some are poachers and want to harm them. The protagonist tries to capture the poor creatures to take them to a safer place.

The vehicle must fit in the environment. After many researches for different type of bioms (mangrove, glacier and canyon), I chose to create a vehicle adapted to a canyon : the flying squirrel can glide between the higher parts of the canyon and the lower, and the vehicle can extend its own wing to capture the small creatures down below.

Here are some composition explorations for the environment design. Then, you'll see four iterations of color palette for the canyon, and the final environment concept I painted for the project.

And here is the final concept art for the project : I implemented the vehicle and the creature drawning it in an action scene in the environment.

For a character design project, I created Nukilik (meaning 'the One who is strong' in Inuit), an Inuit woman in a futuristic universe where even fishes are robots.
The aim was to make the inuit tradition match with a more modern subtility through a weapon and costumes.

Here is an environment concept for Brutal Death, a hypothetical 2D fighting game. The theme of this specific map was a joyful forest.
This are three composition explorations, and then you'll see the process of the final concept.
