OVERVIEW

Folgore is a top view beat-them-up set in the late fifties in Italy.

The hero seeks revenge against his brother, helped by the Folgore, a mysterious artefact giving him divine electrical powers. Combining melee fight and your new capacities, progress through the levels killing all your enemies. Are you worthy of the Folgore ?

ENVIRONMENTS

The environments are heavily inspired by Naples, Rome, Pompei and Tuscany.

CHARACTERS

Each Folgore's character is inspired by a mythological entity. 

Here is an iconic enemy of the game : The Asterius. Brutal, animalistic, this Minotaur-like opponent will charge the player at any occasion.

PROPS

We needed some statues to contribute to the lore of the game. The Folgore, the artefact, is taken by the player on its statue. Said statue is an original creation : the mighty Jupiter is above four bald people representing avidity and fear. His spear goes through a skull, and many others are scattered at the bottom of the statue. Using the Folgore brings only death and rivality.
