TIME THROUGH TIME

After 7-8 months, I'm finally able to present to you my last project as a student: Time through Time. Through this project, I wanted to showcase the evolution of watches through history and how they changed along with our society.

Here's a quick breakdown of my project that I did alone from the modeling to the final render and compositing.

I started by gathering all the references I needed for the watches, the assets and the lighting I had in head for each set. There's a total of 8 watches and approximatively 25 assets, divided across 6 sets.

I also made a storyboard to have a full vision of the project itself: the layouts, the animation (purple arrows), the camera movements (pink arrows).

This project was constructed in a way that most of the watches and how they were presented, could be a stand alone packshot if I wanted them to be. So here's a little breakdown for each of them.

For this part, I also recreated the two ads I found to match the specific watch I wanted.
