RADIAN WEAPONS MODEL 1 AR-15
AR-15 modeled with the Fusion360 workflow.
During the last few months I have been learning the Fusion360 workflow and I want to show some of the work I have done. Everything shown has been supervised by Voxelschool teachers during my time in the advanced master of vehicles and weapons. The model has been made for video games using as reference big AAA shooters like battlefield or call of duty.
The most important and innovative part of this workflow is the high poly modeling inside fusion360. This program does not use geometry, so you don't have to worry about it and model only with surfaces. You get the shapes with sketches and booleans.
When you finish the high poly, you pass it through MOI3D that converts the surfaces into geometry and you import it to zBrush to smooth the edges.
Finally, you export the low from MOI3D as well. The rest of the workflow is the traditional one. Clean the low poly, I have baked in Marmoset Toolbag 4 and textured Substance 3D painter. The renders I have also made them in Marmoset Toolbag 4.
