Regular City
A city scene that reflect the everyday winter in the city. I modeled the city and used textures from textures.com and some images from unsplash.com. Then I made the details like the poles and the cables, then I used texture painting in blender to paint the roughness to make the ground a little wet.

Night light
Making a night lighting by adding emission shaders to the storefronts and lights inside the buildings so that the windows would look glowing.
I have added some lights to represent a car front light.
I added some volumetric fog to the scene.
At the end, I used render passes in the post process to make the scene looks better.

Overcast
I have added an overcast HDRI, then I added a color to it so that it would make the light pinky like the reference. Then I added an image from Unsplash.com as a background to the scene.
I used render passes to pump the colors and reflections.
