After graduating, I want to pursue a career as a character animator at an animation feature film studio.

I’ve always wanted to be an artist ever since I was a little girl but I wasn’t sure which kind of artist. Until one day that changed my life and path forever. When I was in high school my dad and I would go get breakfast on Friday mornings. We were discussing what career I wanted to do and I told him I didn’t know what to do. He said, “Kate, you love Disney and Pixar movies. You should be an animator.” After that breakfast I was interested and pursued becoming an animator.
