I'm getting an education as a CG generalist and would love to get experience in the industry before becoming and independent game developer.

I first considered working in the entertainment industry when a friend of mine boldly stated that he was going to make video games for a living. I had had the thought before in daydreaming kind of scenarios but never considered it a possibility until then.
