Iron Man Mark 3

Since I had an interest in hard surface i focused on that aspect. Lookdev and compositing were also a strong subject in the project.

REFERENCE

The first thing i've done was to search for some references to start the modelling of Ironman. I took inspiration from posters and detailed 3D replicas. 

HELMET

At the beginning my first idea was to just make the model, rigging and animation of it, but with the advices of my tutor, in the end i decided to do all the armor.

ADVANCED BLOCKING & REFINE

INTERNAL PARTS

I modeled some internal parts in order to fill the holes between the plates, with the idea that when I opened the armor in the pose it could see the pieces.

DIORAMA & POSE

The first idea was to make a simple and circular base, but it gave me the impression of having made an action figure and I therefore opted for a more natural base like a piece of concrete and rocks. I also modeled part of the armor of his enemy from the first film.
