3D Journey Reflection/BIG THROWBACK

This post is an example of my journey as a 3D artist over the past 5 years. My Garchomp model on the left being my most recent work, while the Tegu-Owl-Turtle mix model on the right is one of my first models made in college. One of the reasons 3D is amazing is because you can see your progress almost instantly when you learn how to do something new. However, it truly puts your growth into perspective when comparing a present day project to an elementary one. This might be a stark difference, but I have learned that with every new project executed, you are always improving. There will always be improvements that might be invisible to yourself, but are definitely visible to others. 

Now that I have graduated from my college with a BFA in 3D Animation, I am able to explore where my talents can really go, and how far I can push them. As I continue this journey of being a part of the industry, I have to remember to check back with myself, give myself a needed pat on the back, and see how far I've really come.
