Growing up, my art was mainly influenced by anime, cartoons, videogames and comics. Illustration is something I've always enjoyed, and over the years I realised creating content for games, comics or any entertainment related industry is what I wanted to do for the rest of my career. A lot of artists in the industry inspire me as well, and the passion and dedication to their craft is something that keeps motivating me to constantly improve and work towards my goals.

Approaching the end of secondary school, I began to realize that despite focusing on academics my entire life, my creative side never left me and it constantly beckoned me to tell stories, make games and draw. I researched the logistics of how making art for a living would work, more specifically in the entertainment industry and I came to realize that this was a viable career path. “My goal in life is to unite my avocation with my vocation, As my two eyes make one in sight.” - Robert Frost

When I was young my parents sent me to a small time advertising studio to learn photoshop. Meanwhile I saw my mentors working on 3D and felt trying it, but failed. That's how i started developing my interest towards CG Even though my grades in school were good enough I looked for a career that involves learning something new. After a lot of research, I found an article about art and animation , I was convinced to join VFX studio and the next step was to 3dsense Media School.

Ever since my youth, I have surrounded myself with comic books, video games and movies. I still remember the first time I played games like Destiny 2, HALO and Devil May Cry, getting lost in the immersive combat, gorgeous character designs and rich storytelling through detailed environments. My love for storytelling and my experience in architecture and graphic design led me to pursue a career in 3D game art. I very much look forward to bringing all those stories out there to life.

Coming from an Asian background where entertainment industry meant Bollywood, and career meant doctor/engineer, working as an artist was never the dream. I don’t even think I drew a lot as a kid. As a kid and as I grew up, I loved watching shows. I loved rooting, crying, and being furious towards these characters that don't exist. I admired how these shows, characters, and the entertainment industry, can bring an audience to tears and joy. I think I first realized that this was where I want to be, when I drew a simple animation myself and watched it move before my eyes. How amazing it would be to create the same characters that inspired me.
