Round of applause for our sponsors

I studied industrial design in my first year of college in Australia. After the first year of study, and some of my friends introduced me a concept artist called Feng zhu. I'm so amazed by the game art he did. It's like a completely new area that I have never think about before. I immediately fell in love with that , because I'm a gamer myself. Then I start to study by myself and after I graduate I came to US to formally study concept art.

When I had my first computer in my childhood.

I was a Boss on the construction of Golf Courses and I became ill and lost the strength to do it but I found another LOVE, MAKING VIDEO GAME ART!! I fell in love with animation and how you can make something come to life and make people amazed by your craft! I specialize in character design, animation, and I love the results of a good rig you make! So about 6 to 7 years ago I began.

Back when I left the Army I made the decision to make a career out of what I loved doing.

Because I am a super anima and movie fan, I want to do something which can express myself.

My name is Mohammad Zare Bidaki. I was born in 1994 in Mashhad and grew up in Tehran (the capital of Iran). I studied ''Handicrafts'' as an undergraduate for four years at the University of Art, Tehran. I was interested in animation because the universities in Tehran didn't have any animation major for undergraduate; hence, I was forced to study another major. By the way, in the duration of my undergraduate, I have been a director and chief-editor of a visual art journal called ''Comma,'' and it

Have always been surrounded by art and in love with movies.

I've always loved art and have been drawing for as long as I can remember. Evntually it turned digital. I also have a big passion for animals and creatures. Combining the two is the best of both worlds!

When I discovered I love drawing and creating.

I have wanted to work in the art industry as far back as I can remember. In kindergarten, when my teacher asked the cliche question of "what do you want to be when you grow up," I answered "artist." When I was asked that question over and over again throughout my 22 years of life, I answered the same thing, "artist." Never have I thought about a different career choice because creation through art is in the very fabric of my being.

Being a 3D artist is kind of a straight forward process for me. I learned painting at high school, and then I went to the Beijing Film Academy to major in film art design. In that period I got in touch with photoshop which let me realized software could be a nice tool for artists. At the same time, I made the decision to study abroad for a master's degree in visual effects.

My college major was Digital Media, where I learned filming and 3D software. After the graduate, I decided to focus on 3D modeling.

I've always had a fascination with special effects and how they were accomplished. It hasn't been until the last few years however, that I realized it was my one true calling. After doing visual effects as a hobby, and understanding the potential I had, I quickly became enamored with it. Being able to create a vision on screen for others to enjoy, as I did as a child, is the absolute dream for me.

My passion for Designing 3D was born very early. It extends further down to my childhood when I would draw on school desks, walls, and every corner up to the point that has led my life to this path. In multiple attempts for improving and taking this to the next level; I have become a product designer. Working for over a decade with international big corporates worldwide; I tend to continue progressing in this field by following the most recent technologies and design programs in media platforms

I am actually not sure when I first realized when I wanted to work in creative media. I think that creative arts was ingrained in me from a very early age as I watched animated movies from Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, etc. By the time I actually thought about college and future work in my junior year of high school, the only thing I could think of was animation.

When I was presented by a student at Academy of Art University, the work at their school is so inspiring.

Probably when I was in high school.

In my late teens, I began obsessing over new board game and card game concepts. I rarely finished a design, but I never stopped filling notebooks with systems and numbers. My first board game was a literary character battle royale I made for an AP English project in senior year of highschool. Since then, I have explored geometrical patterns, honed my visual arts skills, and continued filling notebooks with game concepts.

I first realized that this was the path for me in my junior year of high school. I started off my freshman year in band, and my sophomore year in choir. My junior year I realized that visual arts was my greatest passion. I had taken several computer art classes up to that point and my computer art teacher mentioned joining a more advanced art class that I would have to apply for, and I made it in.

I wanted to work as a creative since I was a child, playing video games as often as I could, but it wasn't until 2017 that I thought of a career in the games industry could be a viable option for me. There was no one specific moment when I first realized, but more of a realization that I have always loved games and would love to create experiences for others to enjoy and feel emotionally fulfilled by.
