Mee-Ow

A character design based on my 2018 inktober. The concept and idea is because cat's and dog's cuteness is ruling the world nowadays, then I decide to use cat and make it a wizard as it was inspireed from Dr.Strange from Marvel . I try to design an attribute that is eye-catching like the big long scarf and bells.
