Here is my entry for the Kombi contest from TheRookies. Wanted to bring a German police car and added blood to let think where this car went through and to fit the movement of Police brutalities that some people are facing these days.

Looked for references to see how specular/roughness/metalness/dirt etc work on cars in general...
Applied colors ID to the base mesh on maya to bake them on Substance Painter...
Made a rough with a base color and started to apply water filter to the body car to match the roughness and specular already.
Played with alphas and brushes to add details and blood, and done!
