Compositing Showreel

The first shot was our final placement short film project of which we had to composite the CGI portal onto the plate. This shot was done by tracking the shot for the portal, rotopaint out the arm on the right side of portal, rotoscoped the whole arm and adding the portal into the plate. 

The two last shots were done at the university were I practised my skills in rotoscoping, 2D screen replacements and compositing a CGI character in the plate.
