Creepy House Exploration

Environment scene made for my school's Environment Project and Introduction to VR assignment. I modeled and textured everything using Maya, Zbrush and Substance Painter. The models are game ready and have a texel density of 10.24px/cm.

The scene was put together in Unreal Engine and I utilized vertex painting, decals, multiple uv maps, and world aligned textures to break up repeating textures. The assignment spanned across 5 months. The first 3 months were spent producing assets for the Environment Project, and the last 2 months were spent learning Unreal's blueprint system and optimizing the scene for VR. Lighting in Unreal is rendered at production setting, objects in the scene have their own collision mesh and can be interacted with in VR which runs at 120FPS.
