The Art of Daniel Midghall
A collection of some of the work ive produced over my two years at University. I really hope you like it! All images rendered within UE4.
Dreaming City Cathedral
This is my Final Year Project from my third year at StaffordShire university. This was a project that definitely threw me into the deep end as i only had a middling amount of experience creating environments before it. I learned an absolute ton of different techniques and workflows on this project, especially around creating shaders and effectively lighting scenes, as well as being able to get better at creating trim sheets and foliage.

Ancient Temple Scene
An environment piece i'd worked on for my final year Advanced 3D modelling class. Super super happy with the end result and learned an absolute boatload about creating foliage and working with organic shapes within Zbrush

The Last Word
Asset Breakdown Sheet
This was a project undertaken for Semester Two of my Advanced 3D Modelling Module. For this brief, i chose to create these two weapons as i felt they would be the perfect way to practice my Hard Surface / Organic modelling, while also working on showcasing singular hero assets within UE4, which is what all of my work has been presented in.

Hybrid Blockout Sheet
One of my pieces from my 1st semester of my final year. I've learned so much over the past couple of months so this level has gone through a lot of iterations to get it to the point it's at now, so im very happy to present this environment. The idea was to recreate a somewhat cluttered apartment in Pripyat, which would then be destroyed, which i have included a snippet of in the process image.
