This office is designed for the Danish construction Toy Company - The LEGO Group in Malaysia as a country’s branch office. The space is designed to be more vibrant and less restricted to unleash as much employees’ creativity and individuality as possible, as the company practices a very flexible working culture.

Round of applause for our sponsors

The office is mainly separated into 3 sections, the public, the working and the collaborative areas. The application of the LEGO pools in the office is inspired by existing case studies that encourages a more flexible working culture for the employees. Respective departments are designed to be mainly open areas to promote more interaction and fluidity in circulation.

The collaborative space exists as the focus area in the office that practices creative working culture, with the space designed with discussion cubicles, as well as fun seating areas for the employees to express their individuality while connecting, collaborating and communicating to each other when they work.

While LEGO means “Leg Godt” - play well, in the Danish phrase, it does mean it too for their employees to practice its core values.
