This is a compilation of works that I have created throughout last year. I am 19 years old and I hope to study VFX in university however until this point I have been completely self-taught. I have a background in painting, drawing and sculpture and I try to apply my knowledge from these areas to my projects..

Project 01: The Room
I was inspired by the atmosphere in the fantastic nude paintings of the American Social realist painter Edward Hopper, to create an immersive Virtual reality experience.
This was the first 3D project I developed and of course it developed slowly.
Project 02: Vanitas
Inspired by a category of dutch paintings depicting the futility of life, i decided to twist the theme to suit that of the Global refugee crisis.
For the skull, photogrammetry was used to transform a sculpture I created into a digital archive that could then be lit and placed amongst other digital objects.
