Sunflower & Bee

In this piece, I focused on capturing the materials and trying to capture the beauty of the girl who is the subject of the piece. The piece turned into a gift for her. Also, I learned greatly the difficulties of painting someone close to you entails. From doing this painting I now understand more about what makes up certain materials and the work needed to go into them. I hope to take this knowledge and translate it into my 3D texturing skills now.
