Living Spaces Design

The showcase comprises two distinct projects. The first project will be showing the Co-Living Space design for Starbucks Corporation, showcasing the design process from conceptualization to 3D perspectives utilizing 3Ds Max with Vray rendering. The second project will be showing the villa design through 3D perspectives and an immersive walkthrough video created using Unreal Engine.

 1st Project -

Coalesce of Multeity

The Co-Living Space 

This project is made in 3Ds Max with V-ray rendering and postproduction in Photoshop.

This project is to design a co-living space for Starbucks Corporation at 2, Jalan Kasturi, City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur. It is a place to connect all the community, work, living, and experience. A place for neighborhood gatherings and part of people's daily routine.

Concept -

The idea was inspired by Starbucks’s brand logo - ‘siren’. The three elements selected from ‘siren’ is connection, progressive, and seductive. The concept was extracted from the ‘siren’ tail as it possesses all the elements.

The ‘Siren’ tail fin is formed by layers that present a fan-like shape that connected and split from narrow to wide. The ‘siren’ wiggles its tail to conduct a waving motion to create momentum and speed to propel them through the water. The undulating flow of waving motion embodies a seductive atmosphere. When the ‘siren’ wiggles the tails progressively to move against the water, the water pressure and the driving force of the water make the fins more distinct and wider as it expands outwards continuity.

For the outcome, it creates a sense of coalesce of multeity as it connects the free-flowing layers moving progressively to a particular direction in a unique and seductive way without any norm.

2nd Project - 

The Serenity Villa

This is my first project of using Unreal Engine and postproduction in Adobe Photoshop.

This project is about a contemporary woody-tone villa that shows modern elegance and natural charm.

The interior showcases clean lines, wood accents, and an abundance of natural light that seamlessly blend with the surrounding environment. By entering into the villa, the spacious and open living spaces adorned with sleek furniture and carefully curated decor captivate the sense of relaxation. The woody tones create a soothing and inviting atmosphere, evoking a feeling of harmony and tranquility.
