Matriochka - Individual work

- CHARACTER DESIGNS and CONCEPT ART -
I worked quite a lot on the designs of the movie especially the character designs and some props like the Faberge egg and the matriochka dolls.

- CHARACTERS -
I developped the look of the skin of the characters. We wanted their skin to look a bit different , kind of carved like wood with a colored pencil touch in the base color. This was present in the original character designs and we wanted to keep that in 3D.

- BORIS and IZOLDA - Character surfacing ( Modeling by Maxime Surget and grooming by Alexis Seuru )

- LIGHTING and COMPOSITING -
We divied the shots between the members of the team, here are some I did that I like :

- Special thanks to the Matriochka team members Lisa Chataigner, Josephine Galvaing, Louis Lerin, Aliette Riant, Maxime Surget, Alexis Seuru, Florian Verane and our interns Roxelane Guilbaud and Hugo Babey.
