Xolo Capsule Collection
This Capsule Collection combines my general interest in combining a wide variety of techniques and materials to create something new. I am curious to combine and develop the work processes between different programs further. I have a strong interest couture, high fashion and art in general.
This project combines couture pattern development in a digital capsule collection. It is named Xolo, after the dog whose distinctive ear shape inspired my print and pattern design. The workflows include a combination of CLO3D, Blender, Adobe Substance, Painter, Designer and Photoshop.
LOOK 1
For the dress of Look 1, I wanted to evolve my renders even further and developed the poses, inspired by one of my favorite artists Tamara deLempicka, to create a moody, yet sensual render composition in Blender.
Work in progress.
LOOK 2
The shoe was created as part of the Capsule Collection. It's shape is a reference to the Durian fruit, but I could see the sole also as a bubble sole to create a hybrid between a sneaker and a heel.

Look 3
Initially, I wanted to add one more accessory to this outfit. A bag made of a metal weave. For this I started to create metal weaves in Substance 3D Designer. In the end, I did not use this as it felt like too many different components combined. This was my first design approach/ work in progress.
Look 4
For Look 4, I created a new design by deconstructing a vintage Perfecto jacket. For this purpose, I created a basic construction using the jacket as a reference point and further modified it by draping within CLO.
