Set in 1950's Penang, Malaysia. The Yap family has fallen on hard times. Yi Ern, the matriarch of the family, had to close up shop on her sewing business for the last time, due to low customers. In their desperation , the Yap Family, consisting of Rong Hao, head of the house and Yi Ern's husband and their teenager daughter Li Ying, had decided to return to Yi Ern's ancestral estate, which she inherited upon the passing of Ah Ma, her mother. They say there is no sweeter place then home, for Yi Ern that is not exactly the case.....

On a cold snowy night in the Artic, Simon along with with crew set sail under cover, on there regular routine. Illegal Hunting of exotic marine life. Nothing was above, no tactics too brutal, no catch too big. To them business is business ......But what happens when the hunters become the hunted....

The Cold Catch - Captain Simon (Character Design)

Captain Simon - He is a pirate captain that conducts illegal fishing in Artic Waters. Long since his days in the military and with his fishing business going nowhere. He turned to life of piracy to support himself, using his training in the military to carry out his illegal fishing scheme.

The Cold Catch - Mysterious Squid (Creature Design)

Mysterious Squid - Primordial. Lurking beneath depths never venture. Always hunting within its range, it rarely leaves the Midnight Zone of the ocean. It was not until its food source ran low due to all the illegal fishing, that it surfaced.

The Cold Catch - Tazer Knife (Prop Design)

Tazer Knife - Fashioned from the horn of an earlier catch (narwhal). Captain Simon uses it to stunned prey that are too vicious, and even at times towards invaders and or trespassers.

The Cold Catch - Snowmobile (Vehicle Design)

Snowmobile - Captain Simon and his crew go to vehicle, when transporting their goods, across the Artic landscape.

A comedic, heartfelt story about a dyslexic elementary boy who ends up in detention to finish his work and avoid punishment by his strict teacher, but his words keep flying away!

Set after the school year, a group of friends decided to venture into the infamous BlackStone Manor, where many secrets lies within its walls.

Bunga

The Tale of Bunga, tells the story of Nina's journey as she traverse the afterlife in search of her ancestral resting place, all the while being hunted down by a monster named the Wilderbeast.

The theme of the project was based on perceptions of the afterlife, by various cultures throughout the world. The design of the characters and world was inspired Kadazan Dusun folk belief.

Nina's ancestral home. Her resting place. Based on beliefes and cultures of the Kadazan Dusun in Sarawak. The souls of the deceased journey up to Mount Kinabalu upon their death , as heaven is believed to be at the peak. In Nina, case where all her ancestors are, like a family gathering and or a homecoming.
