Archviz Visualization Arquitecture Works

My presentation:

Hi, I'm Miguel and I share with you one of my first projects of Architectural Visualization in this great Master of the School-Ing. During this course I have learned to improve many things about 3D and learn new techniques to use the 3Ds Max program as I've been using it for a long time since I previously did a higher degree of video games and interactive environments, I hope you like my work. 

First block of work Initial:

In this first section I focused on how to test my creativity, it was a challenge that cost me a lot at first to understand and then I was able to improve it over time when telling the reason for the image.

I worked on two different camera compositing projects, I used references to get an idea of what it was going to look like and then projected it in 3ds Max.

First Proyect - Nerdo House design

This would be my first project of a house located in Brazil, I chose this style of house because I am passionate about modernist architecture and with the typical material of gray and white concrete with large windows, at the beginning when making this project I had some problems that finally I could solve leaving the project so that it is the best possible.

Also thanks to the plugin that I have been taught in the course of Ito Software Forest Pro that I did not know, it has been a great help to me to create the lawn and the details to be able to inte.

Second project - Space Apartment Pacheon Paredes:

This would be my second project of an interior of an apartment Located in Madrid, This project in particular I loved its design a lot since I chose it with the reason that the type of material and structures that it had was a style that I have always liked very much that gray concrete with white. 

This project would be a great improvement of things that failed in the previous one, I also used very thoroughly the references of the photographs that I had to make it exactly the same or as similar as possible.

Here I dedicated myself to working on another type of work, this time of a product in a space with lighting, I made the decision to design the Wasilly chair since its outstanding design with its materiality gave it a very modernist look. 

I used a basic design and I put some normal lighting for the scene plus some assets so as not to leave a scene empty of things.

In this first image I decided not to be able to see what the chair was like and then I put assets on it to make something similar like a cover of a furniture magazine

Third project - Retail Clothing Store

In this third and penultimate project carried out in this Master of Architectural Visualization, we did an interior design project for a commercial premises, In this case, I chose a clothing store located in Saudi Arabia, I chose this project because I loved the look it had and the Maosicos that were exhibited in some rooms.

When making the project, I also used all possible references to make it exactly the same as in the photos I had.

Given that time would not give me time since you were very big for the project, I decided to choose these two rooms since they would give importance to the place.

Last work of Architecture

We are already reaching the end of my project presentation, this would be my last project carried out in the Master of Visualization of Architecture, a project whose intention is to do everything possible to make a good image by making interactions of things in a 3-D render.

I was working on the lighting, plans, materials to do the best possible, even so I learned a lot about how to handle the project.

Then, after all, I feel very happy with everything I have learned in this great Master of School - Ing and to be able to continue learning more things.

School Ing has meant a great advance in my professional life, I am very grateful for everything I learned in the classes taught by Adán Martin and Eduardo Rodríguez, their guidance and tutoring in the classes have helped me a lot for my knowledge and improvements in the projects and work techniques.

I am still looking forward to moving forward to follow the path I want to follow in the future of what I want to be and improve everything that I propose. 

Now I am ready to face the next phase of my life and start a new stage of my professional career in this wonderful field of 3-D Architectural Visualization.
