Hello everyone! Here is my submission for the upcoming competition. These projects have all been made with passion and love, and I am satisfied with all of their outcomes. Good luck to everyone!

1. Hunca Munca Diorama

Beatrix Potter has been a favourite author of mine ever since I was a child. I have always adored her characters, and wanted to create one as a figurine. I chose Hunca Munca, specifically the scene where she enters the dollhouse to clean after the two bad mice.

Sculpting

I began with the sculpt of Hunca Munca, using alphas to bring out the fur detail. My focus was the fur, claws and nose primarily, as those were the features most prominent in the original drawings, alongside the clothes.

For the diorama the door was the only model that needed some sculpting to bring out the wood grains.

Texturing

During this project I hand-painted the mouse model, focusing on making it bright and warm.

For the diorama I used textures I found online to make them appear more dollhouse-like.

2. Wednesday Bust

After watching the show Wednesday I was inspired to make a bust of the character. I enjoyed creating her face and hair during this project.

The eyes used in this project belong to J Hill.

3. Decrepit, Old Sofa

This sofa was made for the second game project I worked on while at PlaygroundSquad. The goal was to make it as filthy, crusty and disgusting as possible, while also keeping its 80s office feel.

Sculpting

When it came to sculpting, my primary focus was the wrinkles. I also took the chance to make the pillows and armrests uneven to add to the aged effect.

4. Vampire Hunting Kit

This kit was made during a personal project assignment at PlaygroundSquad. I wanted to challenge myself to make a mass of props within a few weeks. The kit was the end result of that challenge.

5. Hollow Knight Diorama

This diorama was made in honour of my all-time favourite game. I wanted to capture the feeling of the cute protagonist and his shade, and settled for the Forgotten Crossroads as the diorama.
