Uv layout
''Kappa'' which is a creature from japanese mythology.
I started sculpting a base mesh in zbrush
then exported in blender, retopologized and uv unwrapped
Imported zbrush again for sculpting details. I used hd geometry for fine skin details. Also I used alphas to create scales and skin imperfections . Then I exported normals from zbrush
Imported normals to substance painter then I used normals to bake curvature map.
For texturing I used painter's layer system and smart masks to create color variations and dirt.
Rendered in blender cycles
