My name is Wilson Medina, I have completed my studies at THE FACTORY SCHOOL, and I am very pleased with the education and knowledge I have received from them. I would like to share this project with you by presenting myself at the Rookie Awards 2023.

CASA AXÉ
Casa AXÉ is a project developed by "Gonzalez Moix Arquitectura", located in Lima, Perú.
With the images, I aim to convey, among other things, an open, spacious, and welcoming ground floor. There is ample lighting and a connection between the inside and the outside.
Playing with tones in black and white or sepia helps me understand the workings of shadows, lighting, volumes, and provides me with a more artistic perspective.
The dramatic combination of concrete, lighting, and shadows is a point that has fascinated me, and I would like to continue exploring that path.
The interior of the project conveys a great sense of warmth, tranquility, spaciousness, and elegance.
And a nighttime view with artificial lighting couldn't be missed, showcasing the spaciousness of the common areas of the residence.
