On September 19, 2021, the volcanic eruption of the Tajogaite volcano began on the island of La Palma.
The final balance of damages amounted to 842.33 million euros.
This short video shows an imaginary landscape reminiscent of the paradisiacal views that are still there even after the eruption. It is intended to be a tribute to the island of La Palma.
I was born on the island of La Palma on April 22, 1967, but I grew up in other parts of Spain.
Some time ago I tried a Virtual Reality viewer that I fell in love with and made me reconsider my passion for the world of 3D art.
I started my self-taught path to learn everything I could to introduce myself to what they call the Metaverse. But I soon discovered that my hunger for knowledge, my thirst for virtual art, needed external help. Then I discovered "The Factory School" before called "Factoria 5" They exploded my hunger for knowledge, my desire to show the world with my points of view.
And that hunger does not stop growing. Friends and acquaintances insisted that at my age I couldn't expect much, that "my time had passed" and that I couldn't contribute much. But that made me more persevering to at least do my bit in that unfathomable world of 3D art.
The desire to fulfill a promise that I made to myself after the death of my father, a victim of the Chinese virus, and after the catastrophe on La Palma pushed me to create something that I will now present to "The Rookies."
I have used 3D models purchased at Daz3d.com of which I also bought the interactive license to be able to create compositions like the one in this project.
In some cases I have modified the modeling to adapt it to the final composition.
