This creature is a boss for a fictional video game called Arene.
It is a semi-open world adventure RPG set in a Diesel punk fantasy universe. The creature in question named Typhon is the final boss of the area called Hyperion.
This place is a huge research laboratory where dark experiments are conducted to develop ever more powerful cybernetic mutants. Typhoon is the most accomplished specimen, the flagship of the Hyperion's scientists.
Players will meet him in the heart of the Hyperion. As soon as the fight is underway, it will chase them to the outside of the laboratories where phase two of the boss will begin.

Process
Typhoon is a mutant cyborg with a gigantic robotic arm and several plates of armour on his body.
Evolution
After his arm overheated and exploded, his body reacted violently to swell, leaving his ligaments surrounding his burnt arm.
