The Bug Dilemma

March - May 2022

Software: Autodesk Maya, Arnold Renderer, Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro

Process: Inspired by the bug season in Florida, I created an animated short on a bug attacking an elf. Environment textured in Adobe Photoshop.

The Aftermath of a Parade

November - December 2022

Software: Autodesk Maya, Arnold Renderer, Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro

Process: Missing her mother, Lizzie sets out to find her mother only to realize not everything is as it seems. Lizzie was modeled in Autodesk Maya, detailed and textured in Zbrush. She was rigged with Advanced Skeleton 5 and blend shapes. Environment utilized MASH to populate the scene with confetti. Atmosphere volume was used in the lighting to create depth.

The Living Room

May - June 2022

Software: Autodesk Maya, Arnold Renderer, Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro

Process: Based on my grandmother's house in Jakarta, the sunset lighting is used to create a sentimental and nostalgic feel to the room.

The Arcade Mansion

March - May 2022

Software: Autodesk Maya, Arnold Renderer, Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro

Process: The Arcade Mansion was created based on my newfound fascination for games and what it would be like to live in a game utopia.

Cityscape

December - January 2022

Software: Autodesk Maya, Arnold Renderer, Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro

Process: The skydome and key light were animated to emulate the change in time of day to experiment with different lighting. Matte painting was used in the background and composited in Nuke.
