Chua Yi Xuan - 3D Environment Modelling

DRESSING TABLE

This is my first 3D environment modelling project in my college --- The One Academy of Communication Design. It took me three months to finalize this project while doing other class projects and assignments at the same time. My final goal was to achieve a realistic and ominous look. The overall mood is inspired by Joker movie. I have referred a lot of modelling tutorials from YouTube. Without them, I think I can't complete it. 

This is an old dressing room of an actress, who had sank into obscurity. The obscurity leads her to Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), a condition that caused her to have multiple personalities. As she sat in her dressing room before a performance, she could feel the anxiety building inside her. She had worked hard to keep her DID under control, but the stress of the night was starting to take its toll. One of her alter personalities, an aggressive and a menacing woman took over.

The broken mirror reflects one of the alter personalities has taken over the actress. The 'help me' blood sign was drawn while the actress had the little consciousness before she was taken over. The medicine is to suppress her disease. 

The actress likes to read book while listening to the radio.

Glasses and red roses are scattered around the floor. 

No.2 is her lucky number.
