Design Concept: Temple of Sambhota

My artwork reflects the unique traditions of Tibet, and I have chosen this concept as one of my many college assignments: the Temple of Sambhota. As I explored the rich history of Tibet, I was captivated by it's vibrant culture, which became the driving force behind my design concept. 

Stylized Works: The Hunters: Us 

I was inspired by the characters in Disney movies like Moana, Raya, and Brave to create my own strong and brave Disney princess. I wanted her to have a strong sense of self and belonging and to break the stereotypes that are often associated with princesses. Drawing on the rich culture and beliefs of Native Americans, I decided to base my character on their traditions and values. Their culture is full of inspiration and depth, making it a perfect foundation for my character's development.

Stylized Works: Montane Rastra 

In the Forest Nation, a Tibetan-inspired culture, there lived a young girl who dreamed of becoming the best healer in her village. Her passion to cure the ill was unmatched, and she spent her days learning everything she could about the healing properties of plants and herbs. One day, she heard about a rare herb that could cure even the most stubborn illnesses, and she knew she had to find it. Setting out on an adventure, she braved the dangers of the forest, determined to locate the precious herb and bring it back to her village.
