This is The LAKE HOUSE

Lake House is a dwelling whose design is based on three basic pillars: practicality in use, reflected in a geometry that inspires simplicity and emphasizes the connection of the building with its surroundings through organic architecture, giving maximum prominence to the relationship between interior and exterior, using natural materials and neutral finishes.

Based on these three fundamental pillars, the different rooms have been located, giving clear prominence to the daytime areas. The nighttime areas are mostly located on the first floor, but always on both sides of the central core of the house, which is the living area. To connect the daytime and nighttime areas, a transition has been attempted that is as discreet and practical as possible, trying not to break the harmony of the spaciousness of the house.

All of this takes place within a nearly rectangular and almost symmetrical floor plan, measuring 10x20 meters. The estimated total constructed area is around 460m2, which translates to 182m2 of usable space on the ground floor and 200m2 on the first floor (including terraces, laundry area, and garage).

These are some of the rooms in the house.
