All of this takes place within a nearly rectangular and almost symmetrical floor plan, measuring 10x20 meters. The estimated total constructed area is around 460m2, which translates to 182m2 of usable space on the ground floor and 200m2 on the first floor (including terraces, laundry area, and garage).
