Ramos'O Robot
An old abandoned robot for who struggling is not the end of the world. He found his a purpose to his life in the happiness of making people feel better.

With the little time that was left. I used some of my smart material to attain a quick fine looking render.
The render is done using IRAY inside substance.
Finally, it was an interesting project that lead me to create for once, my own character design. Apart from adding something new to my portfolio I have learn new things inside zbrush but also gain a lot of self-confidence.
Whenever I feel like I just made a good general texture. I turn it as a smart material for future assets.
When I apply them to a new asset, I take the time to go even deeper into the details.
It is also a way to take more time on the finition aspect of the texture.
To give a realistic feel to the material. I always decompose the color to at least two tones for each base color.
For the roughness I really like to go into the detail.
On the other hand, i would say that my weak point is that I have the tendency to exaggerate the detail of my height and normal map.
That my come from from the fact that I have mainly work on real time project.

My goal was to train my sculpting skills and challenge it even more with a subject that would lead to hardsurface.
While modeling is something I feel safe with. On the opposite I have always felt frustrated at the end of my sculpt project.
I thought I would have a load of time to adjust my sculpt but i struggle a lot to find the direction I wanted
my work to take.
