Honours project (May 2022). Narrative House: A first-person walking sim showcasing an approach to environmental storytelling using absent characters. The environment consists of the exterior of a family home, a garage interior, and a woodland area. The player can explore these areas throughout three levels which tie together to create a story told through asset clusters.
The project was a lot of work, a lot of learning, and fun to produce. Presented in UE5. Other software used: 3dsMax, Zbrush, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Speedtree, Photoshop
