Relighting 3D Environments | Unreal Engine
First time using Unreal Engine in Relighting 3D Environments with aim of creating Photo Realistic themes.
Below are personal projects using Unreal Engine for the first time in relighting 3D environments as I have a professional background in photography.
Lights were created as they would react in real life in an attempt to give 3D environments a photo realistic theme.
Brief breakdown of workflow.
• Remove all lights and any effects from the environment.
• Add lights to all light fixtures or where ambient light is required.
• Creation of light properties to suit light fixtures via settings in Unreal Engine, including IES Light Profiles if needed.
• Add effects to suit the environment.
• Create LUTs for colour grading.
• Customisation and placement of Cine-cameras for rendering.
All environments are from Epic Games marketplace.
Only Demonstration Projects were used.
