Fish Or Chips

Welcome to Deep Fryton Beach - home of chips and cheer!

Fish or Chips is a project envisioned by students of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg's Animationsinstitut. It consists of the creation of an entire IP as well as two projects derived from it:

A short animated movie as well as an interactive experience.

Follow a flock of hungry, chips-addicted seagulls in lockdown on Instagram, as they are trying to cope without chips. Over the timespan of one month, we posted pictures and clips that tell the story of two seagulls, Sully and his little sister Maude. Decide for yourself: Fish or Chips? 🐟 🍟

For both projects, I was responsible for the creation of the rigs and the character animation.

The Archive

"The Archive" is my graduation project, completed at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz in July 2020.

The little robot George lives in an archive. Every day, he sorts tubes into cabinets until one day, a stuck drawer messes up everything.

On the project, I was responsible for all the aspects of the film, except for Character Design and Sound & Music.
